PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Every Heat Press is different, temps and pressure are not always accurate or even so adjusting for your individual press is necessary.

325 degrees

HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI. 

Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;

Press for 20 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL

Press again for 20 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)
