These are not stickers.
The decals are printed on TRANSPARENT waterslide paper. Everything white in the designs will be transparent when applying. A white base coat works best for some decals.
Waterslide decals are transferred by soaking them in water to release the paper backing. Cut out the decal, soak it for 30–60 seconds, slide it onto your surface, and gently press out excess water and air bubbles
